A chef who
cooks like someone

I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, cooked at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, and spent years running kitchens for private households internationally across LA, France and Dublin.

Now I'm back in Norwich, doing what I love most: cooking really good food for people in their own homes. Seasonal, local, personal. No fuss, no trace left behind.
